There will be 3 times of meeting among the selected candidates. |

Preparing to travel to Japan. Upon arrival, selected candidates will be staying in Tokyo in which Y.E.S. International will arrange accommodation. Orientation will be conducted to every candidate before each will be traveling to the allocated home-stay in different prefectures. |

Candidates are advised to participate in an international cultural performances in order to share your own national identity and culture. |

Candidates are encouraged to participate in cultural exchange programme’s activities which are organised by the school such as community activities, clubs, field trips in domestic and overseas. |

All selected candidates must strictly follow the rule and policy of the programme (monitors by Y.E.S International). |

All selected candidates will receive certificates from Mainichi Exchange Scholarship (MJES) once completed the programme. Their academy’s result will depend on the scrutiny of each individuals’ schools. |

Whether the result will allow students to continue their academy upon returning to their high-school in Malaysia, this will depend on the school’s scrutiny. |
