| 1.) Candidates Criteria |

Malaysian nationality. |

|
Age between 14-17 or persons who born between 1st Jan 1992 to 30th Jun 1995. |

During the term of application, candidates should be studying in Grade 9-11 or equivalent in school in Malaysia (Form 2-5) certified under Ministry of Education and still be fulltime students in high-school during the time they are awarded the scholarship in Japan. |

Candidates should not received other international scholarship which has a duration of more than 6 months. |

Average result of 60% in all subject. |
| |
|
Candidates should be physically and mentally fit as well as healthy, no posses of any disease or carriers of disease that may obstruct the participation of the programme. |

|
Candidates should have good manners and attitude towards Japanese language and culture, so that they will be ready to adapt to the Japanese culture and environment. |
| |
|
Candidates should have at least 60-hour basic knowledge of Japanese language or prove of such requirement before the advised traveling date. |
